Shalini : Biography

Shalini is a south Indian film actress (Tamil, Malayalam), born 20 November 1980 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
She started acting at the age of three appearing in the film Ente Mamattikkuttiyammakku for which she won the Kerala State Award for Best Child Artiste. With over 90 films completed in Malayalam, Tamil, and other South Indian languages, she decided to leave the film industry after marrying Tamil actor, Ajith.

Shalini : Career

Shalini, popularly known as Baby Shalini, entered the world of cinema as a child artiste when she was 3 years, in the film, Mattikuttyamma. Till date, she has starred in 94 films in Malayalam.
